The Empower You; Confidence Unlocked training course is open to registered food hub volunteers and staff on 25 September 2026 at Voluntary Action Islington in London.
This training course is only open to Islington food hub volunteers and staff as part of the Cripplegate Food Fund Volunteer Training Programme . Please note this is an in person 5-week course (every Friday) from Friday 25th September to Friday 23rd October 2026. We will explore and understand the reasons for feeling confident or unsure of themselves, how to participate more effectively in social situations and manage stress, and how to set goals that increase their self-confidence.
