Choose between our 5K or 10K, with two pace groups for each distance and dedicated pacers leading the way.

All levels are welcome. Pick the distance and pace that feels right for you.

Run starts: 9:00am

🔥🧊 The Recovery — £15

After the run, we'll head back to WellNest for an optional recovery session.

Runners get spa access for £15 instead of £28, including our saunas and cold plunges.

🎧 Live DJ — music throughout the café and spa.

🔥 Guided sauna — our sauna guide will bring occasional towel-waving rituals to turn up the heat.

🧊 Cold plunges — cool down and give the legs some post-run recovery.

☕ Café & community — grab a coffee, hang around and meet the rest of the Run Club.

The spa is completely optional — you're more than welcome to join us just for the free run.

Towels: Bring your own if you're using the spa, or rent one for £2.
