We’re kicking off the day with a 5K run, with music keeping us moving from start to finish. Once we’re back, we’ll slow things down for an open panel discussion around mental health and suicide prevention — creating space for real conversations, shared experiences and breaking the stigma.

Then it’s time to JAMBazz! 🎶
