The session is led by a **professional yoga instructor**, and no previous yoga experience is needed. \#\# SESSION DETAILS **Location:** Sol Centre 216 Fairbridge Rd, London N19 3HT **Total Experience:** Approx. **1.5 hours** **Arrival, Briefing & Settle In — 15 minutes** Time to arrive, get comfortable, set up your space and help your pup settle in before a short welcome and briefing. **Dog Yoga — 1 hour 15 minutes** A **75-minute guided yoga session with a professional instructor**, designed to be relaxed and beginner-friendly.
