About You and It

You and It at King's Head Theatre in Islington is an award-winning Korean musical set in a near-future world where humans and artificial intelligence coexist. The story follows a grieving widower who meets an AI created in the image of his late wife, placing grief, memory and love at the centre of the show.

The musical has received acclaim in Korea, Taiwan and the UK. It won the Best Musical Award at the 13th Daegu International Musical Festival and became the first Korean original musical to present a fully localised English-language production at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2024, where it ran for a month.

With an intimate two-person story and a contemporary score, You and It explores how technology can shape human relationships and what it means to be human.
