About This Event

Community Calm will take place at Olive Tree Church in Luton on 3 October 2026 at 12:30. Admission costs between £14.79 and £16.96 for a monthly session featuring guided meditation, sound baths and a sharing circle.

A welcoming monthly session with guided meditation, a deeply relaxing sound bath and a sharing circle to finish.

Join me for the first Community Calm, a welcoming monthly space created to bring people together to pause, relax and reconnect.

We’ll begin with a calming guided meditation, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. We’ll finish with a gentle sharing circle, giving everyone the opportunity to reflect on their experience—although there is never any pressure to speak.

No previous experience is needed. Simply come along, lie down and allow yourself to switch off from the stresses of everyday life.

Please bring:A pillow, blanket and anything else that will help you feel warm and comfortable. Mats will be provided.
