About This Event

A sound bath focusing on healing the chakras of clarity, emotional healing, intuition and love. Allowing your body and your mind to reset. Sunday Chakra Sound Bath with The Sighlence Room Give yourself the time you deserve to reset and join me in person for a settling Sunday Sound Bath at The Sighlence Room. This event is held at Tilehouse Street Baptist Church Hall, Hitchin. Should you need assistance with stairs please message me beforehand incase we use the upstairs room, then I can rearrange the room to ground floor if possible. To help heal and work on different chakras in the body, this sound bath will use Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, tongue drums and chimes. Sound healing has so many wonderful and scientifically proven benefit's such as improved happiness, better sleep, reducing stress, anxiety and better focus/clarity because it regulates our nervous system. However, it's also about allowing yourself the opportunity to reset and pause, so key to our health. Allow your body to respond to sound, frequency and vibration during a period of uninterrupted rest and watch the incredible impact it will have. I keep my sessions calm, inclusive, welcoming and friendly. Creating a space where you feel safe and at ease and can allow yourself to switch off and relax. If there is anything I can do to make the space more comfortable for you, please let me know. Please arrive 10/15 mins before the class starts as the door will be locked at 7pm. No entry allowed after this time as it will causes disturbances. I have some spares if needed but bring a mat, blankets and cushions and wear warm, comfy clothes and a bottle of water. It's important you have the most comforting experience as your body temperature will drop as you relax. I can't wait to hold the space for you all share a magical evening!
