Leaf Chain Technical Training Day: in-person training on chain design, manufacturing, failure analysis and application.

FB Leaf Chain Technical Training Day is an in-person training event for attendees seeking to build their knowledge of leaf chain design, manufacture, selection and application.

Led by Daniel Hargraves, Head of Sales at FB Leaf Chain, this practical training session combines technical theory with real-world application experience gained from over 12 years specialising in leaf chain technology.

Learning objectives

By the end of the training, attendees will be able to:

Understand leaf chain fundamentals, including its construction, terminology, applications and development.

Explain how leaf chain is manufactured and identify the key manufacturing and quality processes involved.

Identify common leaf chain failure modes, understand their causes and recognise how they can be prevented.

Understand the key factors in selecting and designing leaf chain for different machine and application requirements.

Describe FB’s approach to leaf chain design, testing and validation, and how it supports reliable performance.

Apply their knowledge to real-world leaf chain applications through practical design and failure-analysis exercises.

Recognise when further technical support is needed and understand how FB can support the design and application process.
