Making Sense of Your Neurodivergent Journey
Have you spent much of your life feeling different, misunderstood or wondering why certain things seem harder for you than they do for others?
Receiving a neurodivergent diagnosis later in life can bring a mixture of emotions, questions and realisations.This supportive and informal session is for adults who have received a late diagnosis of neurodivergence, or who are beginning to explore their neurodivergent identity.
Together, we'll explore what your diagnosis means, revisit past experiences through a new lens and begin to understand how neurodivergence may have shaped your life. We'll also look at practical strategies to help you navigate everyday challenges, recognise your strengths and move forward with greater self-understanding and self-compassion.
A space to connect, reflect, share experiences and realise you're not alone.
