Motherhood can be one of the most beautiful seasons of life, but it can also feel surprisingly lonely. Between feeding schedules, nap battles, contact naps and trying to leave the house on time, finding opportunities to connect with other mums isn’t always easy.

Milk & Mamas Luton was created to bring local mums together and help build the village we all deserve during early motherhood.

Join us for a relaxed coffee and chat at the Garden Café, Stockwood Discovery Centre. Whether you’re a first-time mum or adjusting to life with a growing family, this is a chance to meet other local mums who understand the realities of life with a baby.

There is no agenda, no organised activities and no pressure. Come for ten minutes or stay for the whole session. Grab a coffee, pull up a chair and enjoy some adult conversation with people who get it.
