Solopreneur and Micro Business Owner Leadership Workshop

As a solo owner, you are still a leader. This session applies my Authorised Leadership model to that reality: how to lead yourself with the same clarity and confidence you'd want from a good leader above you.

FORMAT

A 90 minute interactive workshop, run in person. Suitable for a mixed room of attendees at different stages of their business because we can all learn from each other.

SESSION OUTLINE

1. Anxious. The moment every sole trader recognises, that you're the only one making the calls, and nobody trained you to lead yourself through that.

2. Find the pattern. A grounded look at the unconscious pattern behind that anxiety, drawing on Claudia'sbackground in organisational and unconscious dynamics, kept practical rather than theoretical.

3. The shift. A short guided reflective exercise to help attendees name their own pattern and see where it shows up in how they lead themselves day to day.

4. Authorised leadership in practice. Small group discussion translating the shift into real situations: pricing, saying no, being taken seriously as an expert, without a team or a boss to lend you authority.

5. The close. One small, concrete shift to take into the week ahead, with a clear, low pressure next step.

• Recognise leading yourself as a genuine leadership role, not just 'getting on with it'
