A mother–daughter journey into confidence, connection and growing up together

The WYLD. Connection Journey is a 4-week, thoughtfully created experience for Mothers and Daughters aged 8–14, designed to nurture deeper connection, build confidence and create space for the conversations that matter.

Each week, through a blend of guided reflection, meaningful activities and gentle, age-appropriate exploration, you and your daughter will have the opportunity to better understand yourselves and each other, strengthen your relationship and navigate the journey of growing up with greater confidence.

Together, you'll explore emotions, self-worth, body confidence, friendships, boundaries, body awareness and the changes that come with growing up. You'll also develop practical tools to help you communicate openly, recognise your needs, trust your instincts and understand when and how to ask for support.

At the heart of the journey is the belief that our daughters don't need us to have all the answers. They need us to create the space to listen, learn and grow alongside them.

Whether you're hoping to strengthen your bond, open up conversations that can sometimes feel difficult, or give your daughter a stronger foundation as she grows, this journey offers a meaningful opportunity to slow down, reconnect and invest in the relationship you'll carry with you through every stage of life.
