DESCRIPTION

Life can bring pressure, change and complexity. At times, it's hard to notice what we're carrying, or make sense of what's happening beneath the surface.

Listening Circles offer a professionally facilitated space to slow down and reflect, while exploring tools to strengthen emotional and relational resilience and navigate change with greater clarity.

Over four sessions — Pause, Reflect, Move Forward, Choose — you'll be guided through a journey designed to help you gain stability, clarity and intention, whatever you're navigating right now.
