Get ready to celebrate the changing season with Through the seasons Therapy in person. This cozy workshop is all about embracing the magic of the Autumn Equinox, connecting with nature, and sharing good vibes. Whether you're a nature lover or just curious, your more then welcome to join!
The afternoon will include a guided mediation, decorating your very own Autumn candle and shrine, meeting new people and learning about the season itself and how to embrace it.
Each participent will be given a small goody bag to bring home, and be topped up with processco, tea and snacks!
