Author Lolo Stubbs leads an Elevate morning session at Crown & Conspirator in Stockport on 15 October 2026. The event focuses on real talk, inspiration and connections for women. Tickets are priced at £20.00.
Join us for a feel-good Elevate morning with author Lolo Stubbs. Real talk, laughter, inspiration, great women and genuine connections.
Lolo Stubbs is the Editor in Chief of BROOD Magazine, a multi-platform media brand supporting working parents through honest storytelling, expert insight, and meaningful community connection. A mother of four, author of women’s fiction, inspirational speaker, media personality, and female entrepreneur, Lolo brings warmth, authenticity, and lived experience to everything she does. As a director of the business and Head of Brand Partnerships, she leads the creative and editorial vision of BROOD while building impactful collaborations with brands, organisations, and campaigns that align with its family-first, community-led ethos.
A regular guest on BBC Radio and a passionate charity ambassador, Lolo regularly supports campaigns including work in Parliament, using her voice and platform to raise awareness around issues affecting women, families, and wider communities. She is known for her relatable, down-to-earth approach and her ability to connect with audiences in a way that is both inspiring and honest.
Lolo’s passion for health advocacy is deeply personal. After navigating her own journey with endometriosis and a failed back operation that left her in and out of a wheelchair throughout much of her twenties, she has become a powerful voice for resilience, visibility, and open conversations around women’s health. Through her work with BROOD, her speaking, writing, and media appearances, she continues to champion real stories, practical support, and empowering change for modern women and families.
And that’s exactly why she’s such a perfect fit for Elevate.
Elevate is networking, but not as you know it.
There are no awkward pitches, no pressure to sell yourself and absolutely no need to walk in with a stack of business cards!
Created by Jo Hoddes and Kay Crewdson, Elevate is simply about bringing brilliant women together in a warm, welcoming, supportive and genuinely fun environment.
Whether you’re employed, self-employed, running a business, retired, on maternity leave, changing direction, starting something new or simply fancy meeting some great women, you are welcome.
Yes, connections are made. Yes, business happens. But Elevate is about so much more than that. It’s about conversation, friendship, confidence, support, laughter and women lifting other women up.
Come on your own or bring a friend. Grab a coffee, meet new people, hear from an inspiring speaker and enjoy a couple of hours that are as much about you as they are about networking.
Our aim is simple: you arrive as you are and leave feeling connected, inspired, supported and a little bit more amazing than when you walked in.
Expect real conversation, lots of laughter, new connections and a genuinely feel-good morning.
