During this unique and uplifting workshop, you will be invited to intuitively choose a selection of fresh flowers and foliage to create your own therapeutic bouquet to take away with you.

As you create, Sarah will guide you through the meanings behind the flowers and colours you are drawn to — exploring how flowers can reflect emotions, personality traits, life stages, and energy within our everyday lives.

Together, we’ll gently explore: Why you chose certain flowers, What your bouquet may symbolise for you personally and How these choices may connect to your current life journey and emotional wellbeing

You will also have the option to explore flower oracle cards and flower essence knowledge to gain further understanding of your personal pickings in a calm and welcoming environment.

A hot or cold beverage is included in the ticket price, additional food and drinks will also be available to purchase.
