Claire has nearly 20 years’ experience working in agencies. She now works with growing agencies to help bring some clarity to the chaos of growing an agency. She works with leaders to bring some structure to their ways of working, helping to tackle that growing list of ‘stuff’ that will help their agency to mature, but have never quite managed to get to.
Claire also supports agencies with their people needs addressing challenges like line management and difficult conversations, as well as being actively involved initiatives which aim to tackle the industry’s diversity problem.
