CryoUsers is Technician based networking and training conference to promote and share knowledge and cooperation between universities, research labs and industry.

CryoUsers started over 30 years ago as a forum to bring together technicians operating Helium liquefiers and Helium recovery systems in universities and research establishments, to network and share their operational experiences. The meeting has grown and now includes facility and laboratory cryogenics and is strongly supported by key industrial partners. The ethos is to promote training, cooperation, to share knowledge of Helium systems and Cryogenics across research establishments and industry.

CryoUsers 2026 will take place at the University of Manchester at the Schuster Laboratory (Physics) Building. Ensuite Halls accommodation very close by including: breakfast, lunches from Monday evening through to Wednesday lunchtime.

This year Tuesday evening's Gala dinner is a short walk from the Schuster Building held inside the award winning Manchester Museum Manchester Museum | Discover Unique Exhibits

We have 3 ticket rates available:

Delegate @£580 per person which includes 2 nights ensuite accommodation, all meals from Monday evening to Wednesday lunch including drinks vouchers and gala dinner.

Sponsor @£1145 which includes all the same benefits as the delegate + tabletop display area where coffee breaks and lunches will be held. Price is for 1 attendee per company, additional sponsors will need to purchase extra Delegate tickets.

Day Admission @£500 per person. For those that live locally or wish to arrange their own accomodation we can offer a day rate without the B&B. This still includes evening meals and lunch from Monday evening to Wednesday lunch including drinks vouchers and the gala dinner.
