Hear My Voice Book Club – September In-Person Book Club
Build the Life You Want by Arthur C. Brooks & Oprah Winfrey
Join us this September as we come together to explore Build the Life You Want by Arthur C. Brooks and Oprah Winfrey—a practical and uplifting book that explores the science of happiness and how we can intentionally create a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
Together we'll be exploring themes such as
✨ Understanding what really creates happiness
✨ Building emotional resilience
✨ Managing difficult emotions with greater awareness
✨ Strengthening relationships and connection
✨ Letting go of habits that keep us stuck
✨ Creating a life aligned with your values and purpose
