WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Learn the traditional method for making soft, fluffy gnocchi in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We’ll prepare the dough, shape the gnocchi and cook them together.

ENJOY & TAKE HOME

Taste your freshly made gnocchi with a Mediterranean sauce and with Parmesan, butter and cinnamon, a comforting autumn favourite. Take home an extra portion too.

OUR VENUE

We’re delighted to host the evening at Deli Lama, a warm and welcoming independent wholefood shop and café inside the beautiful and characterful Islington Mill in Salford. It’s the perfect setting for an intimate evening of handmade food and good company. Wine and other drinks can be purchased directly from Deli Lama during the evening. Places are limited to 8. The workshop will go ahead with a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum is not reached by Tuesday 15 September, the event will be cancelled and all tickets fully refunded.
