Are you ready to relax and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul? Join us for a deeply nourishing session combining meditation, sound healing, and Reiki energy in a supportive and welcoming environment.

This experience is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress, calm the nervous system, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves. Whether you are completely new to sound healing or an experienced practitioner, you will leave feeling balanced, centred, refreshed, and renewed.

What to expect

During this session, we will focus on:

Balancing the energy centres (chakras)

Calming the nervous system

Entering a gentle meditative state

Receiving healing Reiki energy

Immersing in beautiful, vibrational sound healing

We will begin by getting comfortable in either a seated or lying position. I will gently guide you through a calming meditation to help you settle, before moving into an hour of sound healing to support deep relaxation and inner connection.

Before the session begins, you are very welcome to choose a card. I will bring a selection of angel cards, oracle cards, and messages from heaven cards, each offering uplifting guidance and insight.

What to bring

Please bring anything that helps you feel comfortable and relaxed, such as:

A yoga or exercise mat

A blanket or cushion

Eye mask

Fluffy socks

If you do not have a mat, you may:

Hire a mat for £1, or

Upgrade to an air bed for £5 for extra comfort

The session will start promptly at 5:00 PM

Doors will be locked once the session begins to avoid disruption

Latecomers will unfortunately not be able to enter

This is a no-refund booking, but tickets may be transferred to another person (please inform me in advance)
