We’re Manchester’s only fully insured official lakeside sauna, giving you complete peace of mind while you enjoy the benefits of cold water and heat therapy. You’ll be monitored by our friendly, qualified team both in and out of the water, so you can fully relax and enjoy the experience safely.

We also have private changing rooms on site, so there’s no need to wander around a car park in your swimming things before or after your session.

As an added benefit, participants can stay on and continue swimming as part of the regular OpenSwim session once their sauna time slot has finished — giving you even more time to enjoy the water, socialise, and unwind.
