City Wide Advice Service Hosts a quarterly Advice Forum.

Join us for the quarterly Manchester Advice Forum , hosted by Citizens Advice Manchester, CHAC, and Shelter.

It’s a great opportunity for advisers, partner organisations, and community groups to share learning, discuss challenges, and celebrate achievements across Manchester’s advice network.

What to expect:

Our primary goal is to map out the real-world, support available to clients in the city. We want to move beyond generic signposting to better understand the practical help that each organization can offer. Shelter will share their "No Wrong Door Approach," and CAM's Energy Team will share the support available for clients over the winter months.

The interactive exercise:

The core of this forum will be a group workshop using hypothetical client stories. We are asking every organization to come prepared to actively participate and share insights on how your specific service can assist in these scenarios.

Rather than standard service updates, please come ready to discuss how you can help a client with specific needs - whether that is through grants, specialized equipment, local opportunities, or other support pathways.
