About This Event

Join us for the second **Talent MCR** event on **Thursday 12th November**, 2026! 🎉 In this event, we'll be inviting TA folk to show & tell what they've been building and how they've been using AI. This will include how we've made three hires in six weeks from a Claude-built sourcing tool at Street Group to kick things off! If you'd like to share, please [drop Laura a message on LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/in/whitworthl/ ). Following the lightning talk style show and tell will be an opportunity to discuss whatever's on your mind with peers, with a specific opportunity for TA Leads to discuss leading through chaos, and how you manage juggling reqs with leading a team. People at all levels are welcome, from both in-house and agency, with the small caveat of no pitching - this is a safe place to share knowledge and connect with peers, not sell or be sold to 💖 See you there! **Agenda 🌟** 17:45 - Arrival and pizza 18:30 - Welcome and AI show & tells 19:00 - Open house on leading through chaos and other TA chats 20:00 - Event close **Your host** *- [Laura Whitworth](https://www.linkedin.com/in/whitworthl/), Head of People at Street Group* **Location** Street Group HQ 11-13 Spear Street Manchester M1 1JU **About Talent MCR** We'll be hosting regular meetups for anyone interested in TA to join us and share thoughts on AI, candidate experience, sourcing, employer brand, onboarding, tooling, and any and all recruitment-related topics.
