The Girl Games is comprised of 3 seperate workouts; Strength, Endurance and Metcon.
Strength;
10 minute timecap
1 rep max conventional deadlift
score = combined max weight from each competitor
Endurance;
12 minute timecap
a race for max metres on two ergs
each competitor spends 6 minutes on each erg during a 12 minute timecap
score = combined metres from both ergs
Metcon;
metcon workout for time
a fast paced race to the finish line
a combination of you go i go & synchro work
time capped at 40 minutes
score = time to complete
the workout will be announced 8 weeks before
