Connect, move and grow your network. A relaxed fitness-based networking event for local professionals and business owners.

Join us for a refreshing approach to networking at the brand new Everlast Gyms+ at the Trafford Palazzo- where business connections are built through energy, movement, and meaningful conversation.

While onsite, you'll also be able to take advantage of 10% off at Myprotein Kitchen, serving coffees, smoothies, smoothie bowls and nutritious meals to refuel and recharge. Don't forget to collect your free hot drink to help you rehydrate.

This event is designed for business owners and professionals who want to expand their network in a relaxed, engaging environment that goes beyond the traditional coffee-and-business-card format.

The morning will begin with a structured networking session, giving you the opportunity to meet a range of local professionals and business owners, build new relationships, and explore potential collaborations.

Following the session, attendees will take part in a light, inclusive workout. No fitness experience is required- the focus is on fun, participation, and creating a positive atmosphere where conversations flow naturally.

Expect a welcoming atmosphere, genuine conversations, and the opportunity to leave with new contacts, fresh energy, and real business opportunities.
