This workshop is designed to support early-stage founders by providing valuable insights and a comprehensive understanding of the equity finance process. It aims to equip participants with the knowledge they need to navigate the complexities of raising equity funding, empowering them to make informed decisions and effectively engage with potential investors.

The workshop will cover:

Fundraising Assets (Pitch deck, Financial Model ++)

Fundraising Strategy (Dilution, Valuation, SEIS / EIS ++)

Investor Engagement

Awareness and understanding of the suitability of equity finance in support of your business growth aspirations.

Understanding of the importance of a process-based approach to fundraising.

Access to offline tools and templates to assist in the development of your fundraising assets and investment strategy.

This programme is designed for early-stage founders / entrepreneurs interesting in understanding the process of raising equity finance.

This workshop is delivered in collaboration with GM Digital Security Hub (DiSH).

DiSH offers growing digital security businesses and the wider Greater Manchester community with access to business support, mentoring, dedicated growth programmes, training, and career opportunities through a consortium of Barclays Eagle Labs, Plexal, Lancaster University and The University of Manchester.
