This course will look at reassessing our life and expectations; creating a good environment for our well being; setting our boundaries and learning to disconnect from busyness. **Whole course £35 or £10 per class/ free for [members](https://meditateinmcr.org/memberships/)** **Venue details: [The Vegetarian Society, 15 Jersey Street, Ancoats M4 6EZ](https://vegsoc.org/)** **No previous experience of meditation needed, everyone is welcome!**
