This month we have Business Consultant & Systems Strategist Becky Stevenson joining us to speak on simplifying our businesses. This will be an interactive session to help you identify exactly what’s draining your time (and energy) and how to fix them:

"I'm too small for systems and processes."

I hear this a lot from brilliant coaches, consultants and experts, and I get it. When you're wearing all the hats, formal processes can feel like corporate overkill.

But here's what I've discovered after working with hundreds of business owners: the smaller your team, the MORE you need simple, effective systems.

Not because you want to be corporate, but because you want your energy for the work that

lights you up - not admin that drains you.

Can we talk about that moment when you spend 20 minutes looking for a file you KNOW you saved somewhere? ‍ And then you find it... in the most random folder with a name that made perfect sense at the time?

I’m Becky Stevenson, a business improvement consultant and strategist based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. I work UK-wide and beyond.

I work closely with solo, micro & small business owners and companies to identify their individual problems and frustrations. I then use my expertise to provide tailor-made solutions to fix the problems.
