The Skills for Wellbeing - understanding and coping with stress workshop will be free and will take place at 10 Bentinck St, Nottingham, offering support for stress management skills development.
Join a conversational workshop supporting you to understand and manage the impact of stress
Join Wellness in Mind to grow skills that will support your mental wellbeing and daily life. In a conversational and friendly group you will have a chance to explore and discuss the impact that stress can have on our minds and bodies, and to practice skills we can use to cope with the effects of stress.
This workshop is part of our Wellbeing Skills series, with other sessions taking place every Thursday. These sessions are for anyone who wants to try different tools to support their mental health and relationship to their thoughts. The workshop is held in a ground floor accessible space.
All sessions are free for adults living in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Refreshments will be provided!
