🎃🌙 HALLOWEEN & DAY OF THE DEAD — SOMATIC HEALING EVENT

As the nights grow darker and Halloween approaches, join us for a special Halloween & Day of the Dead edition of our monthly Somatic Healing Event.

This is an invitation to step away from the ordinary for two hours and enter a space of release, reflection, remembrance and reconnection.

Inspired by the season’s themes of endings, transformation and honouring what has come before, we’ll explore what we are ready to lay down — and what we want to carry forward.

We’ll begin with one hour of yoga or gentle somatic breathwork, helping you move out of your head and reconnect with your body. Expect grounding, movement, breath and an opportunity to physically release some of what you’ve been holding.

Then we’ll journey deeper with hypnosis and therapeutic drumming. Through a specially created Halloween journey, you’ll be invited to cross a symbolic threshold, meet the parts of yourself that are ready to be heard, and release old stories, emotions or patterns that no longer need to follow you.

The rhythmic drum will accompany the journey before guiding us back into stillness.

And because healing doesn’t always have to be serious, we’ll finish together with a warming cacao ceremony and cake. 🧡

No previous experience with somatics, yoga or hypnosis is necessary.
