🌸 Ladies Healing Circle: Feel, Honour & Release 🌸

A sacred space for women to come home to themselves, reconnect with their emotions, and gently explore the feelings, beliefs, and patterns they have carried throughout their lives.

As women, we often find ourselves holding so much for others, for our families, and for the world around us. Sometimes, in the process, we forget to make space for ourselves and the feelings that need to be seen, heard, and honoured.

This circle is an invitation to pause, slow down, and turn inward. To give yourself permission to feel without judgement, to acknowledge what is coming up for you, and to explore the beliefs, habits, and patterns that may no longer align with the woman you are becoming.

Together, we will create a safe and nurturing space to identify our emotions, reflect on what we have been carrying, and bring awareness to the things we may be ready to let go of. Through guided reflection and journaling, you will have the opportunity to explore your inner world, gain clarity, and reconnect with your own needs, truth, and wisdom.

For those who feel called to go a little deeper, there will also be the option to take part in a gentle release ceremony, a symbolic opportunity to acknowledge and release what you no longer wish to carry forward. For those who prefer a quieter, more personal approach, reflective journaling will offer space to process your thoughts and feelings in your own way.

There is no pressure to share, release, or arrive with any answers. You are welcome to simply be, feel, reflect, and honour whatever comes up for you.

This is not about fixing ourselves or becoming someone different. It is about giving ourselves permission to be human, to feel deeply, to recognise the stories we have been telling ourselves, and to choose what we wish to carry into the next chapter of our lives.
