On 27th June 2023, Abi was arrested. She spent 17 hours in a police cell. Her crime: swearing when told not to. Having first trained as an actress at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, she became a stand-up comedian later in life. As a stand-up, Abi has regularly played major comedy clubs, toured the UK, sold out critically acclaimed solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival , and received 5 star reviews for her Russian show Anglichanka. In 2021, Abi became a regular panellist on Talk Radio and GB News . In 2022, she started her own podcast Abi Daily. In 2024, she hosted her own very popular show on TNT Radio . She has been a guest on several high profile podcasts including Bring the Fire (Ickonic), The Delingpod, The Lotus Eaters and Hearts of Oak. Her first book We The People: Letters From Dystopia garnered global recognition. She released her second book Hot Banana in November 2025.
