Pause, rest and honour the changing season with a warming Cacao ceremony and deep immersive sound bath .

This is opportunity to pause, rest and connect to this beautiful time of year .

As night equals day It is a time of balance and gratitude. We will celebrate with a warming Cacao ceremony, followed by a chance to a get cosy and mellow into some healing sounds .

Weaving together my voice, strings, Tibetan bowls, chimes and large gongs you will be taken on a deeply immersive sound journey to encourage restoration and stillness .

Please bring a mat/s, cushions and blankets to be cosy . The bodies temperature can drop when it's in deep relaxation. So don't shy away from layers ! Chairs are also available.
