On Friday 28th August we will gather at from 10-2pm, with a lunch break walk to local independent business The Greek Spot.

No daunting networking here - just a relaxed meetup with other freelancers and remote workers. If you fancy a change of scenery and meeting new people, bagsy your free ticket.

Billy No Mates is a collective of freelancers and remote workers that gather at local independent venues across the North. Set up in 2023 by designer Sarah from KINSHIP, after craving company as a home worker.

This months lunch break - The Greek Spot:

Each month we welcome you to take a proper lunch break together. This month we will take a short walk (less than 10mins) to the independent cafe The Greek Spot. Food and drinks can be taken back to The Auxiliary or eaten in.

Bookings are free, but limited in numbers.

Middlesbrough Billy No Mates sessions are kindly supported by Middlesbrough Council. Together we aim to create two threads of positive impact:

reduced loneliness and isolation amongst freelancers and remote workers

increased footfall and exposure to local independent businesses
