Join us at The Bazaar Restaurant, Middlesbrough, for Christmas jumpers, festive fun, high-energy property networking and maybe festive food!

🎄 MIDDLESBROUGH… IT'S CHRISTMAS SOCIAL TIME! 🎄Because nobody should have to celebrate Christmas alone… especially in property! 🎅🥂

Let's face it. Working in property or running your own business can sometimes be a lonely journey.

You might work for yourself, spend most of your days working independently or simply not have a big team around you.

And when Christmas comes around, while everyone else is planning their office Christmas parties, you might not have one to look forward to.

Well, this year, you do!

We're turning this month's Middlesbrough Property & Entrepreneur Social into our very own CHRISTMAS EDITION! 🎄

We're heading back to the beautiful Bazaar Restaurant, where we've secured an exclusive section for a festive evening bringing together property investors, landlords, developers, sourcers, estate agents, brokers, entrepreneurs and business owners from across Middlesbrough and the wider North East.

And we're encouraging everyone to get into the Christmas spirit!

🎄 Christmas jumpers

🎅 Santa hats

👕 Festive T-shirts

🎁 Christmas ties

🎅 Or even the odd person dressed as Santa himself!

Whether you go all out or just add a little festive touch, we want to bring some Christmas cheer to the Middlesbrough property community!

🥂 WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

We're keeping everything you love about our Property & Entrepreneur Socials, just with a festive twist!

We'll kick off the evening with structured networking in smaller groups, giving everyone the opportunity to meet new people, introduce themselves and make valuable connections.

Then we'll open the room up for relaxed networking, drinks, conversations and plenty of Christmas cheer.

And of course, we'll have a delicious buffet for everyone to enjoy! 🍽️🎄

It's your opportunity to catch up with familiar faces, meet new people, build relationships and celebrate everything you've achieved throughout 2026.

And with Bazaar Restaurant providing the backdrop, expect a fantastic atmosphere with great company and plenty of festive fun.

🎄 LET'S CELEBRATE 2026 TOGETHER!

Whether 2026 has been your most successful year yet, you've overcome challenges, secured your first property deal, grown your portfolio or taken the leap into running your own business, there's something worth celebrating.

And what better way to finish the year than surrounded by people who understand the property journey?

No long presentations. No awkward pitching. No pressure.

Just four hours of great company, festive fun, delicious food, genuine conversations and the opportunity to celebrate the year with the Middlesbrough property and business community.
