Sprint: 750m swim, 26km bike, 5km run

Aquabike and Relay Options: Prefer just swimming and biking? Choose the Aquabike. Want to compete as a team? Opt for the relay with 2-3 participants.

Non-Draft Legal Race: Ensures a fair competition for all.

Inclusivity: Transgender athletes are warmly welcomed. Starting January 1, 2023, there will be a Female category (for athletes assigned female at birth) and an Open category (for all other athletes).

How long will it take? There are no applicable cutoffs for the Sprint and Standard as they take place alongside a 100k race that will take much longer.

You can expect to take:

Sprint - winner in 1hr15, last place 3hrs

Standard - winner in 2hr20, last place 4hrs45

ATW Transfer & Refund Policy

At ATW, we understand that sometimes plans change. While we do not offer refunds or transfers to another person, we provide a hassle-free event transfer option for those unable to attend their booked event. If you are unable to participate in your scheduled event for any reason—including injury, illness, pregnancy, bereavement, or other unforeseen circumstances—you can transfer your entry to any future ATW event. There is no proof required, we trust you!

Even better news, transfers can be made all the way up to 48 hours before your original event date.
