About our Free ND Workshops MK
The sessions are for people with ADHD, autism and related neurodivergent needs, including those who are diagnosed, waiting for assessment, self-identifying, or supporting someone neurodivergent.
Each workshop covers a different real-life topic, including ADHD strategies, relationships, study, work, masking, late diagnosis, nervous system regulation and AI/tech tools.
Sessions are informal, practical and ND-friendly. No pressure to share, make eye contact, sit still, or perform.
Please note: this project is grant-funded and places are only available for Milton Keynes residents. Please check out our other events (and sign up to our mailing list for future events) which will be open to other groups of people.
About this workshop
This workshop is delivered by K (they/them), specialist neurodivergent teacher.
K will explore neurodivergent learning, why school may have felt difficult or confusing, and how learning can be approached differently for ADHD, autism and related neurodivergent needs.
This workshop is open to people aged 14+, including young people, parents/carers and adults reflecting on their own school or learning experiences or currently in higher education.
K will discuss neurodivergent learning and education - bring your notepads, they know their sh*t!
This workshop may be helpful if you:
are aged 14+
are neurodivergent, diagnosed, waiting for assessment, or self-identifying
have ADHD, autism or related neurodivergent needs
are a parent/carer/partner of a neurodivergent person
want to learn more about neurodivergent learning and education
are in education or considering it
live in Milton Keynes

Accessibility and venue information
The workshop will take place at The Old Bath House, Wolverton.
The session is on the ground floor and the venue is wheelchair-friendly.
We aim to make the workshop as accessible and neurodivergent-friendly as possible. You are welcome to stim, move around, use fidgets, take breaks, participate quietly, or step out if needed.
If there is anything that would help you attend, please let us know when booking.

This is a community workshop, not therapy, diagnosis or crisis support.
Young people aged 14+ are welcome, but this is not a supervised youth group. Parents/carers remain responsible for young people attending. Parents/carers should attend with anyone under 18.
