Grief & Loss is a deeply restorative 77-minute 9D Breathwork journey designed to create a safe, supported space to feel what is present without needing to fix, suppress or rush it.Through conscious connected breathing, immersive sound, guided coaching and moments of emotional release, you’ll be invited to soften into what the body has been carrying and allow space for acceptance, compassion and renewal.This isn’t about forgetting what has been lost.
