Into the Deep is a gentle 50-minute 9D Breathwork journey created for those moments when the body and mind are asking for less, less stimulation, less effort and less doing. Beginning with slow nasal breathing and an extended exhale, you’ll be guided through a full body somatic scan, gradually bringing awareness to areas where tension may be held. Immersive soundscapes then support you as you settle further into stillness and deep rest. Unlike an activating Breathwork journey, there is no need to push or perform. This experience is about down regulation, surrender and allowing the body to soften at its own pace.

Come tired. Come busy minded. Come exactly as you are. Nothing to achieve. Nowhere to get to. Just breath, soften and rest.
