This Samhain Festival, Graham Herterich invites you to experience an unforgettable, iconic Afternoon Tea in the extraordinary surroundings of Headfort House.

Every element of Graham's menu has been thoughtfully created to showcase exceptional local and Irish food and the amazing people who produce it, while drawing inspiration from the traditions, flavours and folklore of the Samhain season. Throughout the afternoon, Graham will share the stories behind the ingredients, explore the history and rituals of afternoon tea, and celebrate the timeless connection between food, place and community.

Set within one of Ireland's finest Georgian country houses in an architectural convservation area of Kells, the renowned Headfort House will welcome us to the beautifully restored “Robert Adam Eating Parlour”, the only surviving dining room of its kind in Ireland. Rich in history, elegance and craftsmanship, it provides a setting unlike any other for an afternoon celebrating Ireland's culinary heritage.
