Kevin Sheridan and Enrico Fantasia will host a special raw cheese & natural wine tasting in the beautiful surroundings of Headfort House.

You will enjoy a carefully selected range of Irish raw milk cheeses, expertly paired with Italian natural wines. Throughout the tasting, Kevin and Enrico will guide you through each pairing, sharing their knowledge and passion for artisan cheese and fine wine while answering your questions along the way. The atmosphere will be relaxed, informative and interactive, with plenty of opportunity for discussion.

The tasting will take place in the stunning "Robert Adam Eating Parlour" at Headfort House, one of Ireland's finest Georgian interiors. Designed by the renowned Scottish architect Robert Adam, it forms part of the only significant collection of his work to survive intact in Ireland. Beautifully restored, and rarely open to the public, this unparalleled space in the story of Ireland will provide an unforgettable setting to enjoy exceptional artisan cheeses and fine wines, and to marvel at the structure, history, and culture created in a home that is two centuries old.
