With over nine years’ experience in the health and fitness industry, Megan combines her background in psychology with her love of movement to support both the mind and body. A proud Kells local, she runs her classes in the heart of the community, creating welcoming spaces for women to connect, grow, and thrive. Beyond her wellbeing work, Megan is also a self-published children’s author, sharing messages of positivity and resilience in her books There’s a Rainbow Inside Me and Why Henry Can’t You See.
