Samhain is the Celtic New Year. How do you want to start this next cycle?

Step into the ancient rhythms of Ireland in this 2-hour guided ceremony — a sacred space to breathe, move, and remember who you are beneath it all.

For our Celtic ancestors, Samhain marked the New Year, a time when the veil between worlds grows thin — inviting us to slow down, listen, and connect with Spirit, the Land, and our own inner knowing.

In this breathwork journey, we’ll move between the seen and unseen realms through breath, sound, and expression — finding balance, release, and renewal.

About Your Facilitator: Tom Woods

Tom Woods is a certified breathwork facilitator and trauma-informed somatic coach. As well as a kriya yogi initiated through the Isha lineage.

When Tom moved abroad he felt a strong pull to reconnect with ancient Irish culture. Through experience, he realized that indigenous Irish spirituality has strong ties with indigenous cultures all around the world. His life mission has become retrieving and celebrating our lost ancestral wisdom that was largely forgotten through colonization.

We are all indigenous from somewhere, and far enough back, all of our religion was the same. Nature + spirit = Animism. Animism is the belief that spirit is in everything and is always in communication with us. Learning to listen reawakens our inherent magic!

Tom is committed to the integral blending of these worlds together with somatics, breathwork & conscious business coaching, advocating for transformation, and bringing dreams to life!
