The event will cover a range of essential skills for new parents, including how to hold and handle their baby safely, nappy changing, bathing and getting dressed, safe sleep practices, calming and comforting techniques, normal newborn behaviour, and bonding and building early connection.

A relaxed and supportive workshop is being held for expectant parents and birth partners. All questions are welcome, providing a safe space for new parents to ask and learn.
