You will also learn about safe sleep and understanding tired cues, as well as calming and comforting techniques for your baby. Additionally, the workshop will cover normal newborn behaviour and bonding and building early connection.

The session will be led by various experts who will provide a relaxed and supportive environment for expectant parents and birth partners. All questions are welcome, allowing you to feel confident and prepared for those early days with your newborn.
