The event will cover various aspects of caring for a newborn, including safe handling, nappy changing, bathing, and getting dressed. It will also discuss safe sleep practices, understanding tired cues, calming and comforting techniques, normal newborn behaviour, and bonding and building early connection with your baby.

The session is designed to be a relaxed and supportive workshop for expectant parents and birth partners, with all questions welcome. This is an opportunity to learn from others and gain confidence in caring for your newborn.
