Enjoy a fun and interactive cooking session with our cookery school teacher who will show you just how easy it is to plan, prepare and present a delicious, sexy looking, four course restaurant-standard meal. Spend the day preparing some amazing food with like-minded people to enjoy as a communal gastronomic feast. Each student will have their own work station, equipment and ingredients to work with. These courses are designed to be relaxed, informative and fun. Expect a variety of versatile, blueprint recipes which you can adapt for seasonal produce including braises, roasts, pastry, desserts and more.
