Lightly prepared with strong aromatics and a cutting-edge spice, these dishes are sometimes described as the ‘complicated juggling of disparate components to create a harmonious finish’. Our lively morning cookery sessions give you a taste of your chosen subject under the tutelage of our experienced cookery school teacher. The sessions are suitable for beginner cooks and are led by our friendly chef tutors. The class has been designed to increase your home cooking skills, experience and confidence.
