About This Event

A Six Week Tai Chi Course will begin on 12 January 2027 at Bewick Hall, Newcastle City Library. The course aims to improve balance, mobility, and concentration through calm, gentle movement. The fee for the course is £33.22.

Calm, gentle movement designed to improve balance, mobility and concentration

Over six sessions, you'll be guided through a series of gentle movements designed to improve balance, mobility and concentration while promoting a sense of calm. No experience is needed. £30 + booking fee. Please attend all 6 sessions, if you can, as it is designed to be a course.

Please note dates of sessions are Tuesdays from 11-12midday on 12, 13, 26 January and 2,9, & 16 February 2027
